Their goal is to develop current resources more efficiently and effectively than ever, while simultaneously working towards building additional high-grade ounces and mines across the Cariboo district.

Chris Lodder

President & CEO

Mr. Chris Lodder has 25 years’ experience working on and managing Greenfields and Brownfields exploration with major and junior mining companies worldwide with the majority of his career focused in the Americas. Mr. Lodder is the President of Talisker Exploration Services Inc., an Ontario based Mining and exploration services company founded by Mr. Lodder in 2010, whose principal clients are Osisko Gold Royalties and their associated companies. From 1999 to 2010 he was South American Exploration Manager and later the Americas Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti. During his time with AngloGold Ashanti the Exploration teams made several important Brownfields and Greenfields discoveries throughout South America totalling more than 28 M ounces of gold.

Andres Tinajero

CFO

Mr. Tinajero has over 20 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, manufacturing and technology. During this same period, he has served as CFO and Vice President of Finance of several medium sized public companies across Canada. He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA, and is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and he is a Certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Tinajero has over 20 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, manufacturing and technology. During this same period, he has served as CFO and Vice President of Finance of several medium sized public companies across Canada. Sean Masse

VP Operations

Mr. Masse has over 18 years’ experience of mine building, mine planning, and mine operations. Mr. Masse graduated from the University of UBC with a mining engineering degree and started his career as a mine planner at Inco’s Birchtree mine in Thompson Manitoba. From there he moved on to be the Project Engineer at Snap Lake Diamond Project during development phase. He later moved on to be key member of the New Afton build, where he served as Superintendent and mine manager. Most recently Mr. Masse was the Project Manager for the Kemess Underground Panel Cave mine project in Northern BC.

Maggie Layman

VP Exploration

Maggie Layman is an experienced exploration and resource drill manager having worked with various major and junior mining companies including 5 years at Vale as Drill Project Geologist. Maggie has been Exploration Manager at BGM’s Cariboo Project since early 2015 and assumes the VP Exploration position as part of the company’s comprehensive succession and development plan. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a P.Geo and member in good standing with APEGBC in British Columbia. Maggie is the Qualified Person (QP) for BGM in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Maggie is also an active volunteer with the Association of Mineral Exploration Aboriginal Relations Committee.

Chris Pharness

VP Environment and Sustainability

Chris Pharness is an environmental professional with over 20 years of environmental and resource management experience in northern British Columbia, and has been with BGM since 2013. Chris’ breadth of experience includes mining, forestry, oil and gas and large scale construction projects, with extensive involvement in fish and wildlife management based research and project management. Much of Chris’ work and personal history have allowed him to build close relationships with First Nations, local communities and regulatory agencies in BC. “My goal is to foster trust in BGM’s relationships through honest dialogue, transparency and delivery on commitments”.

Terry Harbort

Chief Geoscientist

Dr. Harbort is a professional economic geologist with 24 years of multi-continent experience in mineral exploration. His extensive post-graduate experience focusing on applied structural geology of ore deposits makes Mr. Harbort a specialist in mapping and interpretation of ore geometries and ore controls covering various types of geological environments with direct applications to mineral economics from target generation, target definition and evaluation, and project management. Terry is a recognized senior member of the discovery team of the La Colosa and Gramalote deposits for AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. where over a 9 year period he held positions of Senior Geologist and Chief Structural Geologist for the Americas. In 2010, Terry was a founder and is Vice President -Exploration of Talisker Exploration Services Inc. an exploration management company providing international exploration consulting in M & A and exploration strategy, project evaluation, target generation and exploration program design and implementation for Osisko Gold Royalties and related companies.

Jason Kosec

VP Corporate Development

Jason has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Geology at Western University, Jason worked as a Project Geologist at Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was subsequently sold to IAMGOLD for $608M in 2012. Jason then moved on to work as an Exploration Geologist at a number of IAMGOLD properties. In 2015, Jason was recruited to join BGM in the earliest stages of new management control as Sr. Geologist and Chief Mine Geologist, providing him with a unique understanding of and contribution to the current advanced understanding of the Cariboo project, culminating with his taking over of the Corporate Development role in late 2017.

Sean Roosen

Chairman

In addition to being Chairman and CEO Osisko Gold Royalties Inc., Sean Roosen has led the transition of Old Osisko from a junior exploration company to a leading intermediate gold producer. He has also been instrumental in $1 billion of financing and development of the Malarctic Mine. He is a graduate of Haileybury school of mines and was the co-winner of 2007 prospector of the year and 2009 “Mining Man of the Year” awards.

Thomas J. Obradovich

Director

Mr. Obradovich has more than 30 years experience in mining exploration, development and financing. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Continental Exploration Corp., and he was one of the key individuals behind Aurelian (acquired by Kinross Gold Mines for $1.2 billion in 2008), which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador. Mr. Obradovich was also the co-founder of Canadian Royalties Inc., which discovered and developed the Raglan south nickel belt. Mr. Obradovich acquired most of the Matachewan gold camp and, through a reverse takeover of Young-Davidson Mines Ltd., upgraded and doubled the resource which was subsequently acquired by Northgate Minerals in 2005. In 2011, Mr. Obradovich was appointed to the board of Dalradian Resources Inc. and he was appointed Chairman in 2012. Dalradian is currently developing the mesothermal high grade Curraghhinalt gold deposit in Northern Ireland.

Blair Zaritsky

Director

Mr. Zaritsky has over fifteen years of professional experience in the mining sector. He also has extensive international business experience working in Australia and managing teams in Mexico, Peru, Columbia, Brazil, Namibia, Honduras and Nicaragua. He is currently the CFO of Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko”) and has held this position since June 2011. As CFO, Mr. Zaritsky completed Osisko’s Initial Public Offering on the TSX and helped raise over $350-million in capital. He also facilitated the growth of the Osisko from a market cap of $10 million to over $1 billion. Prior to his role, Mr. Zaritsky was Corporate Controller of INV Metals, Inc. Mr. Zaritsky was also director of Gungnir Resources Inc and Talisker . from July 2011 to August 2015. He is currently a Director of Talisker Resources. He is also a member of the CPA Canada IFRS Committee Mining Task Force that produces viewpoints on accounting issues in the mining sector. Mr. Zaritsky is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Economics. He also an Honours Diploma in Accounting from Brock University and is both a CPA and a CA

Anthony Makuch

Director

Anthony (Tony) Makuch is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 25 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production. Since 2008 he is President and CEO of Lake Shore Gold. Between 2006 and 2008, Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to December 2005 he held several positions with Dynatec Corporation, including Operations Manager and VP, Operations. Mr. Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University in Ontario.

Morris Prychidny

Director

Mr. Prychidny is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in the mining and real estate industries. Mr. Prychidny brings strong portfolio management, accounting and financing expertise to the Company. He is currently a director and audit committee member of several public companies and private investment companies, including, Nighthawk Gold Corp., Northfield Capital Corporation, Corporate Catalyst Acquisition Inc., GC-Global Capital Corp., Orion Capital Corporation and Woodbine Downs Limited.

Andree St-Germain

Director

Ms. St-Germain is the Chief Financial Officer of Integra Resources Corp. (TSX-V:ITR). She is an experienced mining finance executive with an extensive background in banking, mining finance and financial management. She began her career in investment banking for Dundee Capital Markets Inc. As an investment banker, Ms. St-Germain worked exclusively with mining companies on M&A advisory and financing. In 2013, Ms. St-Germain joined Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. (TSX:GQM) as CFO. During her tenure at Golden Queen, she played an instrumental role in securing project finance and overseeing Golden Queen as it transitioned from development and construction to commercial production. She joined Integra Gold (TSX-V:ICG) as CFO in early 2017 and helped oversee the sale to Eldorado Gold Corporation in July 2017 for C$590 million. Ms. St-Germain is a director of Ascot Resources (TSX-V:AOT). Ms. St-Germain holds a Master of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the York University Schulich School of Business.

John Sabine

Director

Mr. John Sabine has over 40 years of legal expertise in mining, corporate reorganization, securities, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. As counsel of Bennett Jones LLP, Mr. Sabine represents clients in a number of industries including transportation, hospitality and broadcasting. With transaction experience in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia, Mr. Sabine is widely recognized for advising clients on complex international projects. In addition to his legal experience, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Arbor Memorial Services for three years. In addition to advising public companies and investment banks, Mr. Sabine has served on the boards of directors of a number of public and private companies in a variety of businesses. He was a director and Chairman of the board of directors of Anvil Mining Limited until its takeover in 2012. Mr. Sabine is currently the Non-Executive Chair of North American Nickel Inc. (TSXV:NAN) and a Director of Seabridge Gold Inc. (TSX:SEA) (Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee). Mr. Sabine holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) degrees from the University of Western Ontario.

Eric Tremblay

Director

Mr. Tremblay has over 25 years of mine building and mine operations experience, primarily with underground mining operations. Mr. Tremblay began his career as a mining contractor and over the years he has held multiple position from miner, to general manager, to his current position as COO of Dalradian Resources Inc. In his previous post as General Manager of Canada’s largest gold mine, Canadian Malartic, he played a principal role in finalizing the construction of the mine and the production ramp up. He also served as General Manager at IAMGOLD’s Westwood Project, where he participated in closure of the Doyon Mine and construction of the Westwood Project. In this role Mr. Tremblay was charged with completing the permitting, scoping study, feasibility study, surface construction and underground development. He has also served as the General Manager of IAMGOLD’s Sleeping Giant Mine, an underground mine using multiple mining methods (long hole, shrinkage, room and pillar). In this role his mandate was to optimize production and return the mine to profitability. Mr. Tremblay has also served as General Manager for the internal underground contractor of IAMGOLD, where he oversaw the project expansion of IAMGOLD’s underground mine. Mr. Tremblay is a graduate of Laval University with a B.Sc. in mining engineering and mineral processing.
