BGM’s Management and Board of Directors bring to the Company a depth of combined mining industry experience from Greenfields Exploration through to mine closure and reclamation. Their goal is to develop current resources more efficiently and effectively than ever, while simultaneously working towards building additional high-grade ounces and mines across the Cariboo district.

Sean Roosen

Chairman

In addition to being Chairman and CEO Osisko Gold Royalties Inc., Sean Roosen has led the transition of Old Osisko from a junior exploration company to a leading intermediate gold producer. He has also been instrumental in $1 billion of financing and development of the Malarctic Mine. He is a graduate of Haileybury school of mines and was the co-winner of 2007 prospector of the year and 2009 “Mining Man of the Year” awards.

Chris Lodder

President & CEO

Mr. Chris Lodder has 25 years’ experience working on and managing Greenfields and Brownfields exploration with major and junior mining companies worldwide with the majority of his career focused in the Americas. Mr. Lodder is the President of Talisker Exploration Services Inc., an Ontario based Mining and exploration services company founded by Mr. Lodder in 2010, whose principal clients are Osisko Gold Royalties and their associated companies. From 1999 to 2010 he was South American Exploration Manager and later the Americas Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti. He is widely recognized as the person responsible for the proposal, execution and management of AngloGold Ashanti’s successful Greenfields exploration program in Colombia, with the discoveries of the La Colosa and Gramalote deposits. Mr. Lodder’s team also discovered the La Rescatada Project now known as the Andres Mine in Peru.

Thomas J. Obradovich

Director

Mr. Obradovich has more than 30 years experience in mining exploration, development and financing. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Continental Exploration Corp., and he was one of the key individuals behind Aurelian (acquired by Kinross Gold Mines for $1.2 billion in 2008), which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador. Mr. Obradovich was also the co-founder of Canadian Royalties Inc., which discovered and developed the Raglan south nickel belt. Mr. Obradovich acquired most of the Matachewan gold camp and, through a reverse takeover of Young-Davidson Mines Ltd., upgraded and doubled the resource which was subsequently acquired by Northgate Minerals in 2005. In 2011, Mr. Obradovich was appointed to the board of Dalradian Resources Inc. and he was appointed Chairman in 2012. Dalradian is currently developing the mesothermal high grade Curraghhinalt gold deposit in Northern Ireland.

John Kutkevicius

Director

Mr. Kutkevicius has been a lawyer for over 20 years and is currently a partner with the Toronto law firm of Wildeboer Dellelce, LLP where he practices in the area of income tax law. He is currently a director of Changfeng Energy Inc. (since June 2012) and previously served as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Chariot Resources Limited from December, 2004 to June, 2010. Mr. Kutkevicius holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and Masters of Law degree from York University.

Anthony Makuch

Director

Anthony (Tony) Makuch is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 25 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production. Since 2008 he is President and CEO of Lake Shore Gold. Between 2006 and 2008, Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to December 2005 he held several positions with Dynatec Corporation, including Operations Manager and VP, Operations. Mr. Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University in Ontario.

Morris Prychidny

Director

Mr. Prychidny is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience in the mining and real estate industries. Mr. Prychidny brings strong portfolio management, accounting and financing expertise to the Company. He is currently a director and audit committee member of several public companies and private investment companies, including, Nighthawk Gold Corp., Northfield Capital Corporation, Corporate Catalyst Acquisition Inc., GC-Global Capital Corp., Orion Capital Corporation and Woodbine Downs Limited.

Andree St-Germain

Director

Ms. Andree St-Germain is the Chief Financial Officer of Integra Gold Corp (TSX-V:ICG). She is an experienced mining finance executive with an extensive background in banking, mining finance and operating mine-site financial management. Ms. St-Germain began her investment banking career with Dundee Capital Markets Inc. and has worked exclusively with mining companies on M&A advisory and financing. In 2013, she joined Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. (TSX: GQM) as Chief Financial Officer. During her three year tenure at Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd., Ms. St-Germain played an instrumental role in securing project finance and overseeing the company in its transition from development and construction to commercial production. Ms. St-Germain holds a Master of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the York University Schulich School of Business, and is fluent in both French and English.

John Burzynski

Director

Mr. John Burzynski has been the President, Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Mining Inc. (TSX:OSK) since 2015. He is a professional geologist registered in Quebec, and has over 30 years of experience on Canadian and international exploration and mining projects, and has in-depth experience in developing and implementing strategy, financing and marketing initiatives for emerging mining companies. Mr. Burzynski is one of the three original founders of Osisko Mining Corporation, where he held various positions including Vice President Exploration and Vice President Corporate Development until its ultimate sale in 2014 for $4.1B. John was subsequently Senior Vice President of New Business Development of Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. from 2014 – 2016, where he remains on the Board of Directors. Among other awards, Mr. Burzynski was a co-winner together with Sean Roosen and Robert Wares of the PDAC “Prospector of the Year Award” for 2007 and the Northern Miner’s “Mining Men of the Year” for 2009. Mr. Burzynski holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in geology from Mount Allison University, and a Master of Science in exploration and mineral economics from Queen’s University.

John Sabine

Director

Mr. John Sabine has over 40 years of legal expertise in mining, corporate reorganization, securities, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. As counsel of Bennett Jones LLP, Mr. Sabine represents clients in a number of industries including transportation, hospitality and broadcasting. With transaction experience in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia, Mr. Sabine is widely recognized for advising clients on complex international projects. In addition to his legal experience, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Arbor Memorial Services for three years. In addition to advising public companies and investment banks, Mr. Sabine has served on the boards of directors of a number of public and private companies in a variety of businesses. He was a director and Chairman of the board of directors of Anvil Mining Limited until its takeover in 2012. Mr. Sabine is currently the Non-Executive Chair of North American Nickel Inc. (TSXV:NAN) and a Director of Seabridge Gold Inc. (TSX:SEA) (Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee). Mr. Sabine holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) degrees from the University of Western Ontario.
